efficient check-in rose wine excellent links

nicole checked me in SO efficiently. the breakfast included rose wine and it was a Funky touch! the location offers EXCELLENT transport links.

The tv connection was HORRIBLE. It kept cutting out.

kind staff comfortable room easy availability

the staff was super kind from arrival until departure. rachel at reception really helped with a room change, it was more comfortable. i have stayed here before and i will keep coming back. they are the best, very friendly and helpful.

the platform bed felt too high. there were no side tables to put my phone and water on. there was no real shelf in the bathroom for my toiletries. it was a very narrow ledge.

the location was excellent for access to shops. i also found the sea front very convenient. historic buildings were nearby.

my superior double room was meant to have a landmark view but it didn't. i also didn't have a city view from my room. the breakfast was very basic.

street noise breakfast policy

The room included a fridge and they provided water bottles. I appreciated that.

The street outside was very noisy. People were yelling late into the night. It was hard to sleep. the breakfast had a strange policy. I could only order one cooked item.
